Terms of Service

These terms apply to BroCar CRM, the web application operated by Bro-Car, s.r.o. (IČO 56 858 931, Okružná cesta 2585/1, 945 01 Komárno), and to its public website.
The service
BroCar CRM helps the company's staff manage cars sold on commission and publish posts about them to the company's Instagram account and Telegram channel. The public form lets clients offer a car for sale; sending it does not create a contract. The public website shows the cars on sale: its prices and data are for information, and a sale is concluded only by a contract.
Who may use it
Only people the company has given an account may sign in. They must keep their sign-in details safe and may connect only accounts they are allowed to manage.
Publishing
The person who confirms a post or puts a car on sale is responsible for its photos and text, which must be true, must not infringe the rights of others, and must follow the rules of the platforms. A post stays subject to those platforms’ terms and is removed in their apps.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as it is, and we may change or stop it. It depends on third parties such as Instagram and Telegram, and we do not guarantee that a post will be accepted or published. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.
